nature never deletes

mushrooms are for stomping
as children trek
gallivanting minstrels of happiness
not to scrub off one's old arm
not for teachers entrusted to raise our kids
some of us know
when to stop
others backtrack,
embarrassed to be human.
animals know what to stay wary from, to and toward.
singing silence resonates
my box
being good is its own punishment,
but well worth the salt.

packy the elephant

packy the elephant
has been sucking our hay
for 56 tears

and lame to boot
with the hook on the toe
big baby

feed

thrashing wheat,
silos emerge from flat nothing
reign clouds feed.

bark

not next generation intel,
rather latin& tennis&
every tree scrape available,
art parents,

 health bark not nuts.

five million year old seeds

underwater not so bad
if ancient pressures preserve,
wood capable of growth

birth

rivulets not ocean
outshone my reciprocating parts
bearing paradox dynasty

bond

without names, grunted vowels
become our call signs.
